A plant-based diet is good for cancer prevention in most of these, but you may need to eat a special diet. For example, we know that onions, mushrooms, and cruciferous vegetables have more cancer protection than other vegetables. So, it is better to change the diet for cancer than to eat well.

After researching the details of these diets, I discovered that the DASH and Mediterranean diets are similar with their emphasis on whole grains and vegetables. I follow the Mediterranean diet because I have a history of cerebrovascular(stroke) in my ancestors and I like freedom. I encourage you to choose food based on your genetics.
