10 Foods With High Fructose Corn Syrup

In fact, you MUST make an effort to avoid this poison, if you don’t want to get cancer, diabetes, heart disease, or obesity.

But first, what is high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and why should you avoid it?

HFCS is a highly refined chemical derived from corn. It is very sweet, and food manufacturers use it in their food as a sugar substitute. They are motivated to do so because HFCS is cheaper than regular sugar, so they can lower production costs for their products.

Because HFCS is so refined that humans are not good for us to eat, especially in large amounts.

There are many non-high fructose corn syrup options in most of the categories I’ve discussed above, but you should learn to read the nutrition labels on all of your packaged products. If something contains HFCS it will be clear by the exact date on the label.

The ingredients are certified 100% organic by the USDA and HFCS free. But be wary of anything that claims to be “natural” because the USDA does not regulate those products.

You MUST avoid foods with high fructose corn syrup at all costs, if your health and the well-being of your family are important to you. And your body will really appreciate it.
