The average adult needs 7-9 hours of sleep. Sleep increases your ability to focus and remember new information, improves your mood and reduces your stress. It helps maintain a healthy weight and improves your performance and coordination. Create a sleep and wake schedule today!

TIP #6) USE THE PROGRAM!

Exercise can help boost your immune system and control your weight. It improves your mood and increases your energy. It reduces stress and increases confidence and well-being. If you want to exercise at the gym, schedule some time to do aerobic exercise for at least 20-30 minutes a day (at least 3 times a week is recommended).

Better sleep improves health, mood and performance. Here are some ways to help sleep easier;

Work in the sun. Avoid caffeine and alcohol at night.

A light dinner 2-4 hours before bed. Turn off the TV and computer in your bedroom. Once your room temperature is cool (about 21 degrees Celsius), take a warm bath first. Using lavender oil in bath oils and soaps can help you get a good night’s rest. After showering, try to dim the lights in your bedroom (or turn off all your lights if you prefer) before you go to bed. For some people, playing some soothing music may help, while others prefer to sleep.

Drinking good (genuine) chamomile tea can help you sleep better. Avoid sugary and caffeinated drinks before bed – for example coffee and some caffeinated teas.

There will be feast after feast. Here are some tips on how to enjoy your party without overeating:

Do not skip meals/exercise before the festival. Only eat healthy snacks like raw vegetables, nuts, and fruits if you’re hungry.

Eat less salt, oil, refined sugar, and processed foods.

Start your diet by taking a small amount in calories and then increase it later. for example; Start with a soup, salad, or lean protein, and you’ll be more satisfied with dessert when you’re satisfied with just a few bites (3).
