How I Lost 60 Pounds in 120 Days

I messed around with the chicken by cooking some on the grill and some in the oven. Nothing fried.

I also ate vegetables. The green ones. I eat green beans, peas, snow peas etc. I put a little balsamic vinegar in it to add flavor. When I get tired of vinegar, I just eat it. Most people do not know the taste of fresh vegetables.

I also decided to drink lots and lots of water. I stopped drinking all soda and alcohol. To make the juice sweet, I add a little lemon juice.

I did this for 4 months. The weight dropped. I started at a weight of 275 lbs. I’m 6’1″. Too much weight to carry. If my back could talk. Let me show you how painful it is to hug all that belly fat. 4 months All this is nothing exercise.
