Where are you now, where do you want to be, and what steps are you willing to take now to get there? It’s never too late to take action. The steps also don’t have to be big steps to make a change. Every small step will have a big impact in the long run…if you do it consistently.

If one of your goals is to move more…start by marching in place during commercial breaks or walking around the block. Every step during the day adds up so you don’t have to go out and walk 3 miles in one go. If you want to improve your nutrition, make a commitment to add one healthy thing to your day. If you want to improve your relationship, write a thank you card to a friend and tell them how much you appreciate them. Small things equal big changes.

Sit down with yourself and look at where you are and make a commitment to change one thing right now. You’ll find it easier and easier to change other little things, and before you know it…you’ll have healthier habits for life.

A health coach will not tell you what you should and shouldn’t be doing. We all know what we “should” do. A health coach will help you determine what you are willing to do now to continue your journey along the health path.
