Apply a moisturizer regularly in order to keep the skin of your abdomen sufficiently hydrated and flexible. This will help in the skin stretching and thus lessen the probability of the striae from developing. Drink a lot of water and stay relaxed.
  • It is good to have a diet rich in vitamins, especially A and C. While the latter increases the production of collagen and elastin, two of the most important components of skin; the former helps in eliminating pregnancy stretch marks.

Creams and lotions that are available in the market can do a lot towards your cause. These anti stretch marks creams go deep into the skin and increases the amount of collagen formation.
