Why Losing Weight Doesn’t Always Mean You’re Fit

No one wants to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, get dizzy and fall to the floor, hurting themselves or worse.

To complete the walk, you will begin walking your feet back up the wall, and also move your hands back, to return to the starting position.

You want to keep going for as many reps as you want, or maybe just until you collapse. Laugh if you must, but doing enough of these will eventually make you collapse.

Building the massive upper body strength you want with elite levels of core strength and helping to regulate your breathing, wall walking will undoubtedly give you a really hard workout while giving you the willpower to compete .
