Put a little differently if you want to kick your weight loss into high gear and make your muscles lean while removing the mountain of fat, you need to replace that fat with muscle.
Don’t get me wrong here…I’m talking about bulk-over-the-top–muscles. It simply means that you are rebuilding the muscle that you have already lost.
Here’s something else you probably don’t know. As your muscles get leaner, your metabolism will automatically increase. And you will burn more calories without even knowing it.
The bottom line is the benefits of physical fitness are second to none.
