Lifting both heavy and light weights is one of the best ways to build muscle and get ripped. Since your goal is to build muscle and get ripped, you don’t want to do high-intensity cardio, which means running on the treadmill or going on the stairmaster. Do at least forty-five minutes of cardio every time you work out, but keep the intensity to a minimum. Running on the treadmill for forty-five minutes, and keeping a brisk pace should be good enough. Do your cardio after your workout with the weights because your goal is to build muscle and get ripped, so working out with the weights will help you build muscle while cardio will help you get ripped , but you need your strength for weight training. You don’t want to get tired before your weight training, this is why you should do cardio after training with the weights. After you’ve done your cardio workout, get out some abdominal exercises because this is a really great way to get ripped fast.
