Male Six Pack Abs

When I was younger, I always wanted to be the guy who could wax a surfboard on his chest. Now I can say that I have those abs, and it is possible. I am now interested in presenting to you what I did to achieve my goals, and how you can achieve this goal of six-pack abs just like me!

Dedication –

One thing I did was I stayed committed, no matter how many people laughed and said I would fail. I pushed it to the back of my head, and laughed at her because I knew I was going to get what I wanted. I wouldn’t take no for an answer, and every day I would push myself that much harder until I was absolutely exhausted. Why would I torture myself you ask? Because I wanted it bad enough, I wanted to be able to go to my friends and show them that I worked my ass off to achieve those abs. Dedication will take you a long way, it’s your job to make sure you are.

my body –

I took good care of my body, eating only the nutrients I needed to keep myself strong and healthy. Whether it was a chop salad, with a piece of grilled chicken, I made sure that I ate the stuff that was low in calories, and had enough vitamins and minerals to ensure that I could continue through the next day. I also drank well, this was especially hard for me because I LOVED soda, but now I’ve gotten over that hard time and drink water all the time. You will also need to drink it, it is recommended to drink at least 8 cups of water per day, this will help to wash the fatty tissue cells away from your stomach, making your stomach cells tighter and look healthier.

Working out –

It is very important to work because this is where you will see the muscle start to tighten and get bigger. You have to work constantly 3 times a week. This will be difficult, but it will really test how dedicated you are, and how much you want to have a great looking six pack. Also include cardiovascular activities as they really help in burning the excess fat on your stomach.

If you really push yourself, I promise you, you will have a great looking six pack, that feels great, and looks even better. Again, remember that dedication is key! Good luck, and work hard!
