While a proper diet and exercise has to be the preferred way to lose weight, it is also a difficult way that requires lots of time and effort.

So if you are one of the people that do not believe that hypnosis works, and you do not believe it is a healthy way to get rid of excess weight, you are going to be on the losing end of the argument for a while. Because of the reasons listed above, you should expect alternative solutions to diet and exercise to keep gaining momentum. Hypnosis seems like a great option to many people, and with the success people have claimed to have with it in the areas of quitting smoking and drinking, it is only going to gain momentum for the time being.

The basic argument behind this process, and the basic reasoning for keeping it around would be does it help people lose weight? For some people, I am sure that this process helps, for some people I’m sure it helps a lot less than they would like, and I bet for some people, it does not even work at all. There are going to be some people that claim that this is a great idea, and this process helps them stop eating fatty foods, helps them stop eating out of habit, and it helps them enjoy healthier options more.

In my honest opinion, the best way to start losing weight would be to diet and exercise. If you need more help than that, pair hypnosis with diet and exercise, and hopefully you will get great results. I would be very tentative to put all of my eggs in the hypnosis basket, but if you feel this is a tool that will help you succeed, than why wouldn’t you use it?
