Another great fact is that the foods that fill you up longer are usually healthier. For example, it takes much longer to eat a handful of raw carrots than a sandwich and the calorie difference can be huge!
You really don’t have to go hungry to get slim for life.
Avoiding the overly processed offerings in microwavable plastic trays is a great start. Try to eat as many different vegetables and fruits as you can is even better. Aim for many different colors too. Fortunately, fresh, canned, and frozen are all good options for vegetables and fruits, so pick your favorites.
