5 Exercises That Will Get You Fit

Rather doing exercise, I prefer yoga practice for my fitness and healthy lifestyle. As I started to gain my weight without control and ended up with a belly fat, I decided to reduce it within a month. I clear my mind and get ready for the fitness secret with simple 5 yoga practices. I regularly do it in the morning and one hour in the evening. And this is how I regained my fitness and turned into a healthy being. Here are the 5 basic steps that anyone can do. Before doing yoga practice, you should be sure about the warnings. Please check for precautions and start getting fit.

1. Pathahasthasana- This is almost like a typical exercise. Stand straight. Keep your legs apart. Hold your hands over your head. As you breathe, bend down to reach your feet. Exhale come back to the position, do it for 5 times.

2. Halasana – Lying on the mat and keep your legs straight and raised. Try to bring the head down and touch the floor. Return to the normal position. Do it at least 5 times.

3. Pakshimothasana – Sit and keep your legs straight. Hold your hands over your head and bend to your knees. Try to place the head on the knees. Return to the normal position. Do it at least 5 times.

4. Thrikonasana- Stand upright, keep the legs two feet apart. Raise the hands to shoulder level. With the right hand, touch your left feet and vice versa. Return to the normal position. Do it at least 5 times.

5. Savasana- After doing the above practices, relax while lying down with the legs and hands 45 degrees apart. Close your eyes and breathe slowly.

Do the yoga practice regularly and you can see the difference within a few days. This practice not only keeps you fit but also helps the entire body to function properly.

Take at least two liters of water a day as this helps the body flush out the toxins that keep you fit and glowing. There are more asanas that you can do for specific purposes. Consult a yoga master before starting. Practice yoga and feel the magic.
