Until you change your diet, you can avoid getting much worse, but you won’t get better. I finally decided to go for it when I began gaining a lot of weight and I don’t eat that much, but worse. My waist gained 10 inches and my lower abdomen 7 inches. Not too good, especially when it’s a real struggle to exercise as well. All I can say is deciding what you really want, taking it a step at a time, and don’t beat yourself up if you fall off, just get back on your diet and protocol.
