But being decent is never one of my fine points!! i mean come on?? What will that information do for you?? Who in their right mind thinks they will spend the rest of their lives counting calories either consumed or burned? Healthy eating is often misinterpreted as drastically reducing calories or going on an unbalanced, crash diet. Why waste extra calories in full-fat or full-sugar foods when the healthier options taste just as good?
