After Master Cleanse Eating – Salads With Goddess Dressing

Many people wonder what Master Cleanse friendly recipes are out there that can help keep them from going back to their old eating habits. For this reason I decided to dedicate a series of articles to those coming out of the Master Cleanse by sharing post cleanse recipe ideas. This one is on salad dressing, Dewi Dressing to be exact. As I prepare my body for the next cleanse, I find that lettuce is a good food item to use again. Let’s face it, when you’re in that lazy couch-potato mode, salad can be quick and easy. You don’t have to know how to cook and you don’t have to cut vegetables if you don’t want to. Buy ready-made salad mix, add dressing and you’re good to go. Looking for more ingredients? You can go ahead and add beans, chicken or tuna to give your salad more flavor. But do not forget that you should adhere to the new lifestyle and not return to your old ways.

Obviously there are tons of ingredients you can add to make your dinner experience new every time and just by changing the clothes you have endless possibilities.

Here’s an easy dressing recipe that you can whip up in no time.

Dressed Goddess

ingredients:

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons of tahini – that’s what happens when you grind sesame seeds

2 tablespoons of cider vinegar

1/2 tablespoon tamari

1/2 lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, pressed

a pinch of sea salt

1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon chives, chopped

1/3 to ½ cup purified water, use your own judgment

Directions:

Take all the ingredients and put them in any jar that has a lid that you can twist tightly. Shake the mixture to blind everything together and that’s it.

Pour it over your salad, dip carrots and celery sticks in it or just drink it straight…it’s delicious.

Serving: about 1 cup

This is just one of many ways to stay in grace with your new well-being. Whether you don’t want to cook, don’t know what to cook, or don’t know how to cook, you can make a salad. As you can see, making your own clothes can be easy and fun. It also gives you the power to try more ambitious dishes. There is something about doing this kind of cleansing that has a profound effect on one’s whole outlook and attitude. Who would have thought that doing a Master Cleanse would open up a whole new world where you of all people would voluntarily change your diet and start cooking your own food from scratch. Wow! If this is possible who knows, maybe we can actually elect a President who can straighten out this mess…well I can dream right?
