What you need:

1/2 kg. lean ground turkey

Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large pot. Add the turkey and ginger then cook for 6-7 minutes until the turkey is cooked. Break up the turkey using a wooden spoon. Add cooked brown rice, water chestnuts, bell pepper, chicken soup, hoisin sauce, five-spice powder and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until hot. Remove from the heat and spoon the turkey mixture into the lettuce leaves. Top with carrots and fresh herbs. Roll into a wrap and secure with a toothpick.
