Lemon Detox Diet Recipe – Make it Today

The lemon detox diet recipe is by far the most requested of any detox type recipe available online. This is due to the high media coverage that detox diet drinks receive on American and British television. I must say though that it worries me that many who take this diet do so without consulting their doctor or without any preparation. Before I give you the recipe, I’ll take some of your time to make sure that your detox experience is as rewarding and safe as possible.

First as I said before starting any detox diet plan consult your doctor. We are all unique and just because a detox diet works safely for one person does not mean it is right for everyone.

Second, don’t just go from your usual high junk food, highly processed food, high caffeine intake and alcohol diet straight to a harsh detox diet. If you do you will most likely fail. Make sure at least a few days before you start the detox plan to start cutting back on the foods you know you’re going to bury.

Many who do detox feel sick for at least a few days. Symptoms can include dizziness, nausea and feeling sick. These symptoms are common and usually last a few days. If you continue to feel pain, see your doctor. If you cannot overcome these symptoms, stop the detox plan.

Lemon Detox Diet Recipe

Take a glass of the drink and add 4oz of cold water

Add lemon juice from half of a freshly squeezed Lemon.

Add 2 tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup.

Add some Cayenne Pepper or ground ginger.

Using a spoon stir evenly. Add 4 oz of cold water then stir again.

You should also have a large glass of water daily with 1 teaspoon of salt as this helps stimulate bowel movement.

If you cannot drink salt water, this can be replaced with a teaspoon of senna instead of salt.

Take either saline solution or senna tea in the evening.

It is recommended that you have a multi-vitamin or mega multi-vitamin every day.

You should drink at least 6 to 10 glasses of lemon drink every day and have nothing but salt drinks or tea. The detox process is intended to be followed between 3 to 7 days.
