These shakes are great meal replacements and snacks. You can try drinking this shake in the morning, mid-morning snack, lunch, late afternoon snack, dinner, late night snack and bedtime snack. Also, you can try this routine but with dinner (not a protein shake). During this process, you can change the type of protein shake you have. You can enjoy strawberry shake, pineapple shake, mixed fruit shake and other various combinations. Drink plenty of water and you’re giving your digestive system a much-needed break and cleanse. It is easier for our digestive system to digest shakes, water and other liquids than food and other solid particles. You can also combine other pre-made protein shakes but make sure they are not full of sugar and fillers and other unnecessary ingredients.
