Basically you want to have lean protein at every meal (fish, chicken, eggs, tofu, soy, meat, etc) that is roughly the size of your 2 hands rolled into a fist. Then add a side dish of fiber-dense carbohydrates, like lots of vegetables, and make the portion about the size of the third and final “fist.”

Protein is a great source of natural thermogenics (meaning it causes your body to take in more calories naturally) and it’s important that you make it the basis of every meal throughout the day. It will be your easiest easy way to lose weight after you get used to eating it.

You’ll be amazed at how precisely this controls calories, overeating and staying on a solid eating system that doesn’t make you hungry again within an hour, without having to pull out your calculator to figure it all out! Speaking of easy ways to lose weight, it doesn’t get any easier than this.

2. “Lunchtime” Can Be “Fat-Explosion Time”.

Since you follow my 3-Fists method to control your meal size, I know that you will be able to finish your right-sized lunch in about 10-15 minutes even if you eat at a slow pace (which you should always do by the way).

So what do you do with the remaining 15 minutes of your lunch break?

You guessed it: It’s time to sneak in a fun and easy way to lose weight!

Don’t worry, we’re not talking about running to the health club and killing yourself for 15 minutes, far from it. Instead I want you to do what millions of Asian women around the world do on their lunch break: Go for a walk.

Just walking for 15 minutes on a flat surface twice a day, like once at lunch and once after dinner, is a great easy way to lose more weight than you think.

Researchers found that the actual calorie burn and fat loss in test subjects who walked just half an hour total per day was almost equal to the overall body fat percentage of people who went to an hour-long intense cardio session at their health club.
