Find Out What Exercise Burns The Most Fat
So you’ve started a weight loss program, you’ve started dieting and exercising regularly. Whether you see the results you want. Like most people, we prefer to get more bang for our buck, the most results in the least amount of time. And this is understandable, so what exercise burns the most fat?
If you’re new to the health and fitness game and haven’t exercised in a while, I’m going to guess that you don’t understand what HIIT is all about. HIIT is the most effective exercise for burning the most fat and the most beneficial for both weight loss results and fitness results.
What is HIIT?
You see when many people first start out, they tend to associate weight loss with boring hours stuck on the treadmill, or any other cardio machine for that matter. When I see people running on a treadmill or cycling on a bike for example, they will spend hours running at the same constant pace until they can’t run anymore. While this will be beneficial since you are still burning calories, it is tedious and time consuming. I don’t think all of us with full-time commitments have hours to spend in the gym every day.
HIIT training is the most effective exercise for burning the most fat in the shortest amount of time. Simply put, it involves running at a high intensity for a short period of time, and then running at a lower intensity for a period of time. We call these intervals, when you do HIIT you may only spend 30 minutes on the machine, but you will run at different intervals several times throughout your workout.
An example of an interval would be the basic 30:90 ratio that I personally recommend to everyone to start with. 30:90 would consist of 30 seconds of running at a very high intensity (sprint) while spending 90 seconds at a lower intensity (jogging or jogging). You will then repeat this throughout your workout duration of either 30 minutes or 1 hour whichever you choose. This is the best way to lose weight quickly, not only will you burn a large amount of calories, but it will also increase your metabolism for hours or even days after your workout. So burn fat even if you don’t exercise.
Try incorporating high-intensity interval training into your daily workout routine for a few weeks and watch to see the big impact on your results!
