There is one caveat, though. Most of these Negative Calorie Foods are fruits and vegetables. Unless you’re a strict vegetarian, you might have trouble sticking to it completely. What makes this diet so good is that you can still eat other foods too, but make the bulk of your meals from these foods. This will allow you to have a better time maintaining the diet. The key is to implement change slowly and let it become a way of life. After you do this, you should start to see subtle changes that will help you stay motivated easily.
