How to Lose Body Fat Quick

Like most women, I am also concerned about my weight. And even though I maintain a fairly consistent weight, it fluctuates up and down by about 10 pounds of fat weight. When I noticed my clothes starting to get tight, I knew it was time to do something. I knew I needed to lose body fat fast.

The only problem is that there is no easy way to do it. As much as I love popping magic pills or drinking super secret formulas, there is only one way to lose body fat fast. To achieve fat loss, the same calculation that has been around for years still applies today and that is you need to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound of body fat.

I have to say that I don’t like the work ahead of me when it comes time to lose weight, but I do like the results of hard work, feeling really good about the accomplishment when I reach my goals, and being recognized as flattering. Here are the steps that I have found to be the most effective for losing body fat fast:

First, it starts with your food intake. Basically, it comes down to calories. The type of food you eat can make a difference, but the biggest factor is to start limiting calories. My changes involved smaller portions, nutrient-dense, healthier low-fat foods, and less snacking. Now since I’m a chocoholic, I can’t give up on bite-sized sweets. But I have to make a concerted effort not to eat as much. If only I had been born without a love for this delicious dish.

The second step to losing body fat fast is to increase the intensity of your cardio exercise. Yes, it is work and requires some effort. But the positive benefits that come with increasing the intensity level make the effort worthwhile. Did you know that if you run at a speed of 5.0 mph on a treadmill, you can burn almost the same amount of calories in half the time it takes if you walk at a speed of 3.0 mph? Also, you still burn calories at a higher rate after you exercise when you work at a higher intensity compared to a lower one. Oh, and unless you have about a few hours in the morning, don’t go anywhere near fat burning mode on any cardio equipment. The program sets us up for failure every time because most people don’t realize how long it takes to exercise in that mode for it to be effective and get any real results.

The third step to losing body fat fast is to lift weights as part of your exercise regimen. Lifting weights alone does not burn many calories. However, when you have more muscle on your body, your resting metabolism increases. More energy is required to perform normal body functions for sentences of lean body weight (muscle) fat body weight. And when you use more energy, you burn more calories. So in this way, lean body weight burns calories and we have to admit, looks better on us.

For women, there is concern that lifting weights will cause excessive muscle growth. That is actually a myth. Genetically, we can’t be that big. So lifting heavier weights will only ultimately give you a better physical appearance and still burn the extra calories needed to operate your machine (body.) If you want to increase your calorie burn in addition to regular exercise, consider practicing this item. : Park your car further away from the store entrance. Avoid automatic mechanisms and perform functions manually such as opening the door to the building you are accessing, climbing the stairs or getting up and changing the TV channel. Incorporating these changes into my life got me back to a comfortable lean weight within weeks. This is the best way to lose body fat fast because it is a healthy and natural way to lose weight. What’s more, by making this a habit, I was able to maintain the weight loss and stay at a fairly consistent weight, except when the occasional slip happened…then it was back to the grindstone. But to reduce body fat quickly, there is no other way.
