Hey all! In this article I want to talk about the importance of fat loss nutrition and what foods to eat during a diet.
Fat loss nutrition is the most important aspect of any diet. No diet will work if you don’t eat the right foods every day.
It doesn’t matter how long you run on the treadmill, how many crunches you do, etc., it all depends on what goes into your stomach.
Foods to eat during a diet fall into a few easy-to-understand categories.
- Protein: You must get an adequate amount of protein each day to lose fat and build lean muscle. Your protein sources can come from protein supplements (like shakes), turkey, all white chicken breasts, almonds, fish and more.
- Healthy Fats: Unsaturated/Omega 3. Some foods where you can find healthy fats are fish and nuts.
- Fiber: Excellent sources of fiber can be found in oats, whole grain foods, apples and more.
- Vitamins/Minerals: This should be a no-brainer here. Fruits and vegetables. Eating fruits and vegetables throughout the day should be an easy task. I know fruits and vegetables are getting more expensive these days…..however…. The same amount of money for a packet of cookies, you can get 4 apples. For the same amount of money it costs for a large bag of chips, you can get broccoli, and a bag of carrots. You see where I’m going with this?
What to Drink?: ½ – 1 gallon of water daily, green tea, and apple cider vinegar. You can also drink other drinks such as natural (organic) fruit juice without sugar. So you see, no diet will work without proper fat loss nutrition.
