These diets do not teach dieters good eating habits, or promote a healthy lifestyle that focuses on long-term vitality. No recommendations are made for any type of exercise. Cabbage soup or the Sacred Heart diet is basically a modified fast diet.
Users on several sites report dizziness, headaches, gas and other unpleasant side effects, as well as extreme nausea and hunger. Dieters are better off visiting their doctor first, then finding a healthier program that provides balanced nutrition and encourages proper exercise.
