What are the alternatives to regular food seasonings?

Seasoning Alternatives

  1. Cheese Cheese is one of the seasoning alternatives that we usually use. Instead of sprinkling some salt on our salad or pasta, we use grated cheese (higher in sodium). Pack Beans Pack beans may contain a little salt, and if you roast them then grind them well, they can give you a strong, coffee-influenced flavor to your meats, salads, pastas and even your fried rice. If you need more of a kick than sodium, consider sprinkling it over your food without grinding.
  8. Stock Powder Beef stock powder, chicken stock powder, fish stock powder, etc. Some come in cube form, some come in powder or granule form. In any case, it can actually improve the flavor of your dishes such as pasta, soups, salads, rice, appetizers and so on without the need to add more salt – No more use for that with this stock alternative. Keep in mind that this only applies to salt alternatives – And they contain small amounts of MSG, so use with caution.
