7 Day Rice Diet Plan – Lose Pounds Quickly
Here is a 7-day rice diet plan that will help you lose weight fast. This diet should be used for a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 2 weeks. Starting from day 3 you will lose 1.5 pounds per day.
In this diet it is recommended to use unclean brown rice for all meals.
1 day:
Breakfast: an apple, rice (80 g of dry grains) mixed with a spoonful of lemon juice. Unsweetened green herbal tea.
Lunch: vegetable soup, vegetables 150 g of salad made of different vegetables except tomatoes, 80 g of boiled rice mixed with a teaspoon of vegetables or olive oil.
Dinner: vegetable soup, 80 g boiled rice with 2 large carrots.
2 days:
Breakfast: an orange, 80 g fried mixed with a teaspoon of low-fat sour cream.
Lunch: vegetable soup with boiled vegetables and 80 g of rice.
Dinner: repeat day 2 lunch.
3 days:
Breakfast: a pear and 80 g of boiled rice.

4 days:

7 days:
