How I Lost 15 Pounds Just by Spending 30 Minutes Everyday in 5 Days

I was skinny all the time until I got married and had two kids. At 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing in at 195 pounds, I consider myself overweight. I have developed a simple system that I implement regularly and managed to lose 15 pounds in 5 days with just 30 minutes of my time each day.

Before I go into the steps, let me explain a simple routine that I use every day and you must do the same to see the results. First of all, I eat five to six small meals instead of the usual 3 large meals. By doing this, it helps in increasing the metabolism in my body to burn fat. This is important in my opinion.

You will also need certain equipment such as a treadmill or dumbbells to help you exercise but this is not mandatory. I’m a bit lazy to go out for exercise. Okay, this is what I did in 5 days.

Day 1

The first thing I do after waking up is weigh myself in the scale which is around 195 pounds. I prepare a breakfast of bread with butter, two eggs and some cereal. Let me emphasize that taking breakfast is very important to achieve greater results in weight loss. Then I jog on the treadmill for 20 minutes before I go to work.

Day 2

Breakfast as usual. Today, my focus is more on doing some strength training. I did 20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups. Then, I lift my 10 kilogram dumbbells 20 times for each of my arms. Usually, it takes me 10 minutes to complete all of this. After resting for 5 minutes, I repeat the process again until I reach my limit of 30 minutes per day.

Day 3

I repeated the steps I did on Day 1. I also drank a lot of water. It has been proven that drinking enough water can improve my stomach digestion thus helping me in losing weight.

Day 4

Do the steps on Day 2 again. Only this time, I increased the number of exercises from 20 to 30 times.

Day 5

I combined workouts on Day 1 and Day 2. I jogged for about 10 minutes and did a 10 minute strength training workout as well. I also eat a lot of fruit. When the day was over, I weighed myself again and this time my weight dropped dramatically to 180 pounds.

As you can see, I didn’t have to spend much time at all. All I need is 30 minutes of my time and some strong desire and determination to lose 15 pounds fast. From my experience, exercising and eating a balanced diet is the key to success. If you don’t want to do all this, you can always search the Internet for products that can help you lose weight.
