Here are some exercises to do at home if you want to tone up and lose some weight. This exercise will allow you to save time and money while improving your results. 1. Walk up and down the stairs for 15 minutes without stopping
I’m hoping and guessing you have stairs in your house or at least in your condo or apartment building. If you do that, you only have to spend 15 minutes walking up and down non-stop. Sometimes my clients respond to me saying this by saying they’ve had enough of going up and down stairs. NO, YOU DON’T. It must be non-stop. If you do this every day or at least 6 days a week, you will realize how great this is in 10-12 days.
It’s easy and fast. No reason. Come on, if you want to lose weight and tone up, do this.
2. Jumping jacks during commercial breaks
Ok, I want you to do this as a kind of “metabolism booster” exercise. Let’s say you watch 1 hour of tv (don’t lie, I bet you watch closer to 4 hours). Well, take a full 1-hour ad on TV and do the current jump. Consider this mini-exercise. There are about 7 commercials with a total time of 20 minutes during 1 hour of tv. Make that time productive and “squeeze in” some or all of your exercise.
